New Server

The forum has experienced some issues lately with crashing.  It has been moved to a new server and these issues should be behind us.  The new server has more storage capacity and should bring us years of trouble free use.  The forum software has also been updated.  As a user you may or may not notice the differences.  Most of them are security related.
