If you are having trouble registering, maybe this will help.  

I have circled the registration button in red.  Click on the registration and follow the instructions to register and then once I have approved the account (to keep spammers out I have to review each account) you'll be able to login.  Please allow for up to 24 hours for registration to be processed.  It's usually much faster, but in some cases can be longer.  The login button is circled in green.
